Mac slow, crashing, or acting weird? Noah finds the cause and fixes it.
Noah is a Mac app that fixes common software problems in plain English.
Describe what's wrong — Noah checks your Mac, names the actual cause, shows
the one thing it will do, and fixes it only after you approve. Most problems
are sorted in a couple of minutes. Every change
is shown and logged. Your first conversation is free, fixes included.
Download Noah free and describe your first problem.

What Noah fixes
- A slow computer — freezes, spinning fan, lagging apps
- Wi-Fi and internet problems — slow, dropping, failing on Zoom
- Apps that keep crashing — quitting, freezing, won't open
- Storage almost full — can't save, downloads piling up
- Battery draining fast — dies mid-meeting, runs hot
- Mic, camera, or audio not working in Zoom or Teams
- Files that won't sync — iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive stuck
- Other software, configuration, and system-health issues
Noah is not a hardware repair service. For cracked screens, battery
replacement, liquid damage, or board-level repair, use Apple or a local
repair provider. Noah handles software, configuration, performance,
network, app, sync, and system-health issues — and tells you plainly when
a problem is hardware.
How Noah is different from a chatbot
ChatGPT can suggest terminal commands. Noah inspects your machine,
identifies the likely cause, proposes a safe fix, asks for your approval,
executes it, and records what changed. Every action runs through a safety
layer that blocks dangerous commands and holds destructive ones for your approval.
Mac and Windows
Noah runs on macOS (12+, Apple Silicon & Intel) and Windows
(10+, x64 & ARM64) — the Windows build is at
onnoah.app/windows. Your first
conversation is free, fixes included, and the diagnosis is always free.
After that there are two plans, both starting with a 7-day free trial
(card required, nothing charged for 7 days, cancel anytime): Noah Monthly
($8.99/month), or Noah Guardian ($79/year), the same for a full year plus
proactive check-ins, renewing annually until you cancel.
Will it run on my Mac?
Noah runs on MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac
Pro — from a 2015 MacBook Air to an M4 Mac mini. It needs macOS 12 or
later, on Apple Silicon or Intel.
Questions
What does Noah actually do?
Noah takes the frustration out of using your Mac. You tell Noah what's wrong in plain words; it investigates like a technician, works out what's really causing it, and comes up with a plan. Once you approve, Noah carries it out — and your Mac is back to itself.
Do I need to be good with computers to use it?
Not at all — that's the whole point. You describe the problem the way you'd tell a friend ("it's slow," "it keeps freezing"), and Noah handles the technical part. No jargon, nothing to set up.
How do I know Noah won't break my Mac?
You're in control the entire time. Noah shows you the plan in plain English first, and nothing happens until you say yes — anything serious asks again. Noah works in a small, careful area on purpose. It's built to be cautious, not clever.
Does Noah spy on me, or read my personal files?
No. Noah reads your Mac's diagnostic state — the kind of thing a repair technician checks. With your permission, it also checks file and folder sizes to find what's filling your disk. It doesn't look inside your documents or photos, never uploads your files, and can't see your browser history, passwords, or screen. Nothing is moved or deleted without your OK.
Is Noah safe, or one of those scammy "cleaner" apps?
Fair question — the web is full of those. Noah is the opposite: it never scares you into paying, never nags, and never removes anything without showing you first and asking. It's signed and notarized by Apple, and a real person — Eric, who built it — is an email away at hello@onnoah.app.
What if I get stuck or need help?
A real person reads every Noah message. Email hello@onnoah.app and you'll usually hear back within a few hours. Noah isn't a faceless lab — it's made with love in the U.S. Midwest.
What does Noah cost?
Free to download, and your first conversation is free — the diagnosis and the fixes in it. Telling Noah what is wrong and finding out what is wrong never costs. After your first conversation, fixing things needs a plan, and both start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required, nothing is charged for 7 days, and you can cancel anytime from Settings. Noah Monthly is $8.99 a month. Noah Guardian is $79 a year, about 27% less than paying monthly, plus Noah checking in on its own; it renews each year until you cancel.
Will Noah fix a hardware problem like a broken battery or dying SSD?
No. Noah diagnoses the symptom and tells you when it's hardware, so you know whether to book an Apple Store appointment. Repairing physical parts isn't its job.
Does Noah work on Windows?
Yes — there's a dedicated Windows build at https://onnoah.app/windows. It uses the same conversation model and Action Log; the diagnostic tools differ to match what each OS exposes.
